Open Positions:

1. Engineering Services Business Development Manager

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Identify and qualify target opportunities within the territory.
    • Educate customers on Freedom CAD’s range of engineering services.
    • Develop a Business Development Strategy.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.
    • Work with Freedom CAD Engineering & Customer Engineering teams.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum three years in a similar role. Business development skills preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of PCB fabrication and design is a plus.

2. Senior PCB Designer – Altium

  • Location: Mountain View, CA
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Lead complex PCB layouts ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Handle multiple tasks and provide leadership to other designers.
    • Work with customer and FCS engineering to ensure compliance.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of Altium experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of HDI technology.
    • Familiarity with Industry Design Standards – ANSI, IPC, ITAR.

3. Sales Representative

  • Locations: Multiple
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Identify and qualify target opportunities.
    • Develop a Sales Strategy to secure new customers.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum three years in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of PCB CAD process and fabrication is advantageous.

4. Printed Circuit Board CAD Trainee

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Support lead designers in PCB layouts.
    • Work with lead designers to provide efficient support.
    • Handle multiple tasks and coordinate with the team.
  • Requirements:
    • 0 to 3 years of CAD experience is a plus.
    • Basic computer literacy skills.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills.
