Tadalafil Side Effects Back Pain

Still have a question? Ask your own!
First , let me ask you a question. Were you prescribed by a physician with this medicine or did you just purchase it over the counter? If this was prescribed by a physician were you evaluated for the presence of cardiovascular diseases? especially for the presence of coronary arterial disease? (CAD). This drug should not be taken without proper guidance due to the high incidence of cardiovascular complications if this drug is not properly used.
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor drug which causes smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the penis and is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hypertrophy. It’s most common and dangerous side effects include anginal chest pains, faintness, chills , confusion and fast and irregular heartbeat. Myalgia or muscle pain maybe present but it is not common side effect as you can see. If the lower back and leg pains really started after you started taking in the Cialis. I suggest that you decrease to the minimum dosage first and if the pain still persists even after the dosage has been reduced then discontinue it temporarily and visit your physician to for a proper medical examination and evaluation.
Please see this link regarding the common and uncommon side effects of Tadalafil (Cialis): Cialis Side Effects in Detail – Drugs.com.
This is used for Erectile dysfunction. Why on earth would you need it if you are satisfied with 5 times a week? When I was your age that would not have been enough for me. Without boasting I was a 2 – 4 times a night man. But I am classed as a Rabbit. LOL.
The first thing is never take this again.
This is what the side effects can be –
Tadalafil has been used in approximately 15,000 men participating in clinical trials, and over eight million men worldwide (primarily in the post-approval/post-marketing setting). The most common side effects when using tadalafil are headache, stomach discomfort or pain, indigestion, burping, acid reflux, back pain, muscle aches, flushing , and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects reflect the ability of PDE5 inhibition to cause vasodilation (cause blood vessels to widen), and usually go away after a few hours. Back pain and muscle aches can occur 12 to 24 hours after taking the drug, and the symptom usually disappears after 48 hours.
In May 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found that tadalafil (along with other PDE5 inhibitors) was associated with vision impairment related to NAION ( nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy ) in certain patients taking these drugs in the post-marketing (outside of clinical trials) setting. Most, but not all, of these patients had underlying anatomic or vascular risk factors for development of NAION unrelated to PDE5 use, including: low cup to disc ratio ("crowded disc"), age over 50, diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia and smoking. Given the small number of NAION events with PDE5 use (fewer than one in one million), the large number of users of PDE5 inhibitors (millions) and the fact that this event occurs in a similar population to those who do not take these medicines, the FDA concluded that they were not able to draw a cause and effect relationship, given these patients underlying vascular risk factors or anatomical defects. However, the label of all three PDE5 inhibitors was changed to alert clinicians to a possible association.
In October 2007, the FDA announced that the labeling for all PDE5 inhibitors, including tadalafil, requires a more prominent warning of the potential risk of sudden hearing loss as the result of post marketing reports of deafness associated with use of PDE5 inhibitors.
Now has it affected the spinal cord in any way? You really need to see a doctor and not be looking for answers on the Internet.
I have no idea what it could have done to you.
A proper examinations and maybe some tests may be in order.
I cannot predict or know what is or has gone on through the use of this drug.
This is why I do not recommend taking a pill without reading the instructions/leaflet or consulting a doctor before use. You are living proof of my thoughts of using drugs, especially when not needed.
Thanks for asking. Go see a good doctor and see what he comes up with.
I will warn you that you might well have to take a pain pill or if it has affected the sciatica in which you might need physiotherapy or a nerve pill.
Please let this be a warning to all that read this page about taking drugs for recreational purposes, especially when they are NOT needed.
The most important things is you must seek medical advise and get the proper treatment.

Cialis has a higher percentage of back pains as side effect than Viagra does. The difference is about 6-fold. It sounds like you do not need Cialis, as you are 30 years old and everything seems to work just fine without it. Keep in mind that every medication has side-effects.
Cialis has a much longer half-life in your body than Viagra does. So it will take 3 to 4 days for the backpain to resolve as the drug gets slowly eliminated from you.
